These rules govern conduct on the Oenair platform. Violations are handled progressively — minor infractions result in warnings; serious or repeated violations result in suspension or permanent ban.
Flight reports must accurately reflect your simulator session. Submitting reports for flights not flown, or with falsified data (distance, fuel, landing rate), is prohibited.
Using scripts, bots, or any automated means to submit flight reports without a genuine simulator session will result in immediate permanent suspension.
A valid session requires SimBrief dispatch or equivalent flight planning. Routes must be operated on a scheduled Oenair / Group route unless on a charter or special operation.
Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or sustained hostile behaviour towards any member is grounds for immediate and permanent removal from the platform.
Impersonating staff members, management, or other pilots in any context (usernames, profile pictures, communications) is not permitted.
Intentionally exploiting platform bugs to gain financial, ranking, or any other advantage is a bannable offence. Report bugs to staff immediately via [email protected].
Any attempt to access accounts, admin areas, or data beyond your authorisation level will result in permanent ban and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Rules are enforced by Oenair staff. Decisions may be appealed by emailing [email protected] within 7 days of enforcement. Staff decisions are final after appeal review.
