By accessing or using the Oenair platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable platform rules. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Oenair is a virtual airline (VA) simulation platform operated on the Oenia infrastructure. It is intended solely for flight simulation entertainment. No real-world aviation operations are implied or conducted.
You must hold a valid Oenia account to access the Crew Hub. By registering, you confirm you are at least 13 years of age and have read and accepted these terms.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (flight reports, comments, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Oenia / Oenair a non-exclusive licence to display and use that content for operational platform purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or the Platform Rules, without prior notice.
The platform is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Oenair simulation data (economy, fleet values, etc.) is fictional and has no real-world financial significance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Belgian courts.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
